U.S. CUSTOMERS

SmartCar Performance makes every effort to keep customer's shipping costs low. We ship via United States Postal Service as a Priority Mail regardless of size. No order will be shipped using other companies unless otherwise specified. If so, additional charge will be added. Free Shipping for customers in the U.S. only.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We ship via United States Postal Service International as a Priority Mail regardless of size. No order will be shipped using other companies unless otherwise specified. If so, additional charge will be added.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

In most cases, your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days. However, as some of our products are hand assembled we will handle orders as they come in. If any order will be later than 5 days, we will contact our customers via email.


DISCLAIMER

We cannot be responsible for damages incurred in transit.


RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy for all products. Order number must be presented at the time of return. No returns will be accepted for custom items, such as fuel doors, armrests or anything custom painted.
